API integration · Automation · Cybersecurity

Connect your systems. Protect your client data. Deliver on schedule.

We link the tools your staff already use, automate the manual data entry between them, and build the security your funders ask about. Every project is fixed in scope, reviewed at each stage, and handed off in plain English.

Services

Three practices, one accountable delivery lead

Most small organizations run on a case-management system, a phone system, Microsoft 365, and a stack of workarounds holding them together. We replace the workarounds with secure, documented connections.

01 · Integrate

API integration

Secure links between the systems you already pay for, so information moves on its own instead of being retyped.

  • Case-management systems such as LegalServer
  • Phone and contact-center platforms such as Dialpad
  • Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Power Automate
  • Data maps of the fields and reports each connection depends on

02 · Automate

Workflow automation

Bulk processing and rule-based checks that give staff hours back and make reporting run from the system of record.

  • Bulk record updates through the API, replacing one-at-a-time clicks
  • Data-quality checks that find and repair inconsistent records
  • Rules-based timekeeping and billing categorization
  • Funder and state reports generated from live data

03 · Protect

Grant-ready cybersecurity

Security built to what your funders actually require, then documented so a grant reviewer can follow it.

  • Grant-by-grant requirement and gap matrix (NIST SP 800-171, state IT standards, foundation attestations)
  • Secure cloud perimeter with encryption and audit logging
  • Phishing-resistant staff sign-in with hardware security keys
  • Email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and domain hygiene

What an integration does

A call ends. The case note writes itself.

When a phone system and a case-management system share an API connection, each call is matched to the right case and logged automatically. Receptionists stop searching for files, and monthly reports on answered, missed, and abandoned calls run straight from the case system.

Personal details are masked in every log. Development and testing use made-up data only.

# Example log line: call activity posted to a matched case
POST /api/v2/matters/{matter_uuid}/notes
{
  "note_type": "Phone call",
  "caller": "***", # PII masked in logs
  "phone":     "***",
  "outcome":   "answered",
  "duration":  "00:06:42"
}
# ← 201 Created · TLS encrypted · rate limit 200/min respected

Platforms

Azure first, with AWS and Google Cloud when they fit better

Most of our clients already sign in with Microsoft 365, so Azure keeps identity and infrastructure with one vendor. The same secure pattern runs on all three clouds.

Every option encrypts data in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Specific controls are chosen from your grant requirements, not assumed in advance.

Approach

Stage-gated, the way large programs are run

Our project controls background comes from defense and federal programs, where schedules are baselined and every milestone is earned. Small projects get the same discipline at a size that fits.

  1. Gate 1

    Discovery

    Learn how your systems handle the work today, where time is lost, and what each funder requires.

  2. Gate 2

    Design

    Confirm what each platform allows and agree on the build plan before any code is written.

  3. Gate 3

    Build and test

    Build against made-up or de-identified data, then run with real records only with your staff present.

  4. Gate 4

    Handoff

    Plain-English runbook, a live staff walkthrough, and every component labeled built, in development, or pending.

Fixed price

The quoted price covers the full scope. If the work takes longer, your cost does not change.

Review before payment

Later invoices go out only after you have reviewed and accepted the stage they pay for.

You own the work

Source code, documentation, and reports belong to you, in a repository you control.

Client data stays private

AI-assisted tools only ever see field names, counts, and made-up data, and the agreement says so in writing.

Credentials

Training matched to each service

Completed certificates are listed as earned. Cloud and security coursework currently underway is labeled as in progress, so you always know which is which.
